CATHY HUANG

Along with Chris, Cathy co-leads Advisory, Corporate Finance and Investment activities for the Group from EXS Capital Asia Limited in Hong Kong.

Prior to joining EXS, Cathy spent seven years at Goldman Sachs in London and Hong Kong. Most recently, she was a member of Goldman’s Special Situations Group, the firm’s global multi asset private investment arm, where she was actively involved in over US$600 million of investments across the consumer, education, and real estate sectors.

Prior to that, Cathy was with Goldman’s Prime Brokerage business, focusing on hedge fund financing advisory. 
 

Cathy received a M.Sc. in Applied Statistics from University of Oxford, and a B.Sc. in Economics and Statistics from University College London.
 

Cathy speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese and is licensed by the Hong Kong Securities & Futures Commission and the Hong Kong Estates Agents Authority.
