DENNIS JONG, CPA

Dennis leads the finance function at EXS Capital Group, bringing over two decades of expertise in fund operations, investment structuring, and investor and financial reporting within the alternative investments space.

 

Dennis has a proven track record of building and overseeing high-performing finance functions across complex fund structures. Prior to EXS, Dennis was the Controller at ARCM (DIFC), where he played a pivotal role in supporting its new Dubai operations.

 

He also served as Executive Director at PAG, managing all aspects of finance, treasury, and operations for its Credit and Markets strategy.

 

Earlier in his career, he was a Senior Manager at PwC, advising top-tier regional hedge funds and private equity clients.

 

Dennis holds a BBA in Accounting from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and is a CPA registered with the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

 

He is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
