ROLAND KYLE

Along with Eric, Roland leads Fund Management for the Group from EXS Capital Pte Ltd, our MAS licensed entity in Singapore.

Roland has over 23 years of real estate investment advisory and management experience in US, Europe and Asia. 

​

Prior to joining EXS Capital, Roland was a Senior Principal at AEPim in Singapore for over 10 years. During his time at AEPim, he was involved with the financing and oversight of Securus Data Property Fund (SDPF), a Pan-Europe/Asia data centre fund whose assets formed the majority of the portfolio in the listing of Keppel DC REIT in 2014. He was also responsible for investing and managing a US$250m family office mandate, as well as a senior member of Basil Property Trust, a commingled investment fund that acquired and managed assets in Singapore UK and Australia.

Roland has also held the position of a Director at Citigroup in New York, where he originated, structured and funded over US$1.1 billion (~80 transactions) of commercial real estate loans throughout the US.

 

Roland received a B.Sc. in Surveying from Trinity College Dublin and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
